Along with application support Bar Code Direct has provided staging and provisioning of the MC70’s to include the application, WAN activation and configuration, Bar Code Direct’s managed services also provide daily help desk support from the hours of 6AM Eastern Time to 7PM Eastern Time. Weekly support calls, monthly asset allocation are all part of this success story.
